How to request deletion of your data

1. Send an email to contact@smartbs.tn with the subject “Delete my data”, from the address linked to your account (or mention it in the message).

2. Tell us what you want deleted: your account and its space, or only some data (for example the Facebook or Instagram connection).

3. We verify your identity, then delete your data within 30 days at most and confirm the deletion by email.

Data linked to Facebook, Instagram or Threads

If you connected a Facebook Page, an Instagram account or Threads to SmartBS, we delete the stored page identifier and access token, as well as the history of posts prepared for you.

You can also revoke access at any time from Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → SmartBS → Remove.

What we may keep

Records we are legally required to keep (invoicing and accounting) stay archived for the legal period, with no other use.
